International Journal of Qualitative Studies on Health and Well-being (QHW) acknowledges the international and interdisciplinary nature of health-related issues. It intends to provide a meeting-point for studies using rigorous qualitative methodology of significance for issues related to human health and well-being. The aim of theQHW is to support and shape the emerging field of qualitative studies and to encourage the development of tools for a better understanding of all aspects of human health and well-being.

The journal emphasizes empirical research and theory in basic and applied health care, especially with an international focus, but also welcomes national and even local contributions. We also welcome philosophical issues related to qualitative research in the health area.

Libyan Journal of Medicine

Libyan Journal of Medicine (ljm) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access, international medical journal aiming to promote heath and health education by publishing high-quality medical research and data in the different disciplines of medicine.

lmj was founded in 2006 by a group of enthusiastic Libyan medical scientists who looked at the contribution of Libyan publications to the international medical literature and saw that a publication outlet was missing. To fill this gap they launched lmjas a tool for transferring current medical knowledge to and from colleagues in developing countries, particularly Libya and other African countries, as well as internationally.

As of 2010 lmjis published by Co-Action Publishing. The journal is still led by a group of Libyan physicians inside and outside Libya but also enjoys support as well as recognition from the international medical community.

As of 2010, MEO is published by Co-Action Publishing who will also provide free access to the valuable archive.
